Established in 2023, Yellow Dog Defense Consulting is the dedicated Command Architecture & Systems Doctrine division of Texas-based Yellow Dog Construction LLC.
Led by Joseph J. Rae II — U.S. Army Retired, Aviation / CBRNe, and Airline Transport Pilot across fixed-wing, rotary-wing, and UAS platforms — Yellow Dog brings real-world operational leadership into defense-industrial execution.
Every product, briefing, and installation is grounded in applied experience across military command environments, federal contracting, classified pursuit activity, and high-consequence execution.
